Faith Bible Church COVID-19 SAFE MEETING PLAN Phase I
The
time has come for us to begin in-person services. May 31 will be the
first Sunday service. Services will be on Sundays at 11am and Wednesdays
at 7pm. The leadership team (Pastors and Deacons) formulated this Safe
Meeting Plan: Phase 1, to best ensure the safety of each family. Please read
this carefully and do your best to adhere to the measures listed. Please

I. Social Distancing Measures
- Chairs
will be set up in the gym for service.
- Family
households may sit together.
- Social
distancing is a 6’ radius of an individual or household when seated.
- Dismissal
will be done in an orderly fashion.
II. Facility Use Measures
- Only
the Fellowship Center doors will be used for entrance except for emergencies.
- Road
side (piano, kitchen side) door to the gym hallway will be used for gym
entrance.
- Parsonage
side (organ, office side) door from the gym will be used for gym exit.
- Parsonage
side stairwell will be used for exit, unless you are unable to exit with
stairs.
- Doors
will open approximately 20 minutes prior to the service start time.
- Kitchen
and offices are off limits. The doors will be shut.
- All
of the downstairs hallways and rooms are off limits.
III. Sanitization and Health Measures
- People
with these symptoms should stay home: Fever;
Cough; Shortness of breath; Chills; Repeated shaking; Muscle pain; Headache;
Sore throat; or New loss of taste or smell or other neurological issues.
- Temperature
will be taken with a touchless thermometer before entering the building. Any
person reading a temperature of 99 or greater will not be allowed to enter.
- Masks
will be encouraged where social distancing is not possible.
- Hand
sanitizer will be available in designated locations.
- Signs
will be posted for further reminder and instructions for your safety.
- Shaking
hands, hugging, and other physical contact is highly discouraged.
- The
building will be sanitized between services.
- No
food or beverage will be provided by FBC.
- Hymnals
will not be used. Music will be on Power Point slides.
IV. Service Adjustment Measures:
- No
childcare or nursery will be provided.
- Please
keep your children with you at all times. There will be no space provided for
the children to run around and play at this time.
- Changing
tables are located in each bathroom of the fellowship center. Please thoroughly
clean the changing table after use. Cleaning supplies will be provided.
- No
children’s or teen’s ministry will be provided.
- No
formal greeting time will occur during the service.
- Attendance
will be taken each week for easy contact if an attendee is diagnosed with
Covid-19. This will be used for our information only for the purpose of
informing all who may have had contact with an infected individual.
- Online
Church services will continue to be provided.
